The undersigned warrants and agrees that I/we will make no claims or suit for any injury to person or property or for loss or destruction of any article of any kind or nature in connection with the participation in activities for the 2002 Summer Camp involving but not limited to equine activities, arts and crafts, games and recreation. I/we understand that NEITHER Lazy River Pony, Lee Thomas, owners of 6524 Corrales Rd or any instructors or caregivers accept any responsibility for accidents, damage, injury or illness to horses, sponsors, spectators or any other person involved in this facility.
There are risks inherent in these activities and they are assumed by the undersigned. Signing of this document binds me/us to these rules and hold harmless clause.
